Review: Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

On friday, I had the privilege on watching Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. This was the first ‘Mission Impossible’ in the quadralogy to have a title that wasn't a number. I think that was a good sign. As always, the movie was watched in UltraAVX (Read more on why this is the best way to watch a movie). Due to work and other commitments, I was only able to make it to the 11pm show, but man was it worth the wait.

Without revealing too much about the movie, I’d like to say this: The movie was VERY ENTERTAINING! The action was intense, there were cheesy moments, but Simon Pegg’s in-action humor was appreciated and provided the necessary comic relief in what became a rather dull series of movies.

To be honest, I dont want to post much in here - but just wanted to say, I’m glad Mission Impossible was given this jolt - I absolutely enjoyed the fourth installment, and recommend everyone to watch it. The action in Dubai especially is truly breathtaking!

Oh, and the fact that Tom Cruise did his own stunts at his age made it all seem even more epic!

Give your mind a rest, and watch this movie - you’ll enjoy it as long as you don't expect a cinematic masterpiece (in which case you should ONLY watch the first Mission Impossible, and then stop).
